And who doesn’t have a fond memory of cooking as a family in childhood? Probably cake making is one of them, after all it is a delicacy that kids love and is relatively easy to learn.
Today we brought you a super practical recipe tip: Peteleco Cake. You don’t need a mixer to make this cake, which makes the process a lot easier. And with chocolate in the dough and the topping, it’s guaranteed to be a hit with the little ones. Read more below!
Peteleco pie dough
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour (wheat)
- 2 cups (tea) sugar
- 1 cup chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup (tea) oil
- 2 eggs
- oil for greasing
Way of doing
1 – In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate. Add the oil, eggs and finally 2 cups (tea) of boiling water.
two – Pour the dough into a greased rectangular roasting tin and bake in a medium oven (200ºC), preheated, for about 25 minutes.
Chocolate syrup for peteleco cake:
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons powdered chocolate
- orange peel peel
- 1 teaspoon butter
Way of doing
1 – In a saucepan, mix the ingredients with 1/2 cup (tea) of water and bring to a low heat.
two – Let it boil until you get a thick syrup. Remove from heat and spread over the cake while still hot as soon as you take it out of the oven.
